The Good, The Bad & The Ugly!

First let me say " Hey! Everyone!" it's been along time since I posted.

 

Life is truly humorous. If you don't laugh, you cry.

 

Many, many changes coming...

 

What you ask have I been up to? Well...I've been applying for jobs, packing up an entire house. Gutting and donating more than half my closet *Gasp* I'm still not sure I did the right thing there but it felt right at the time. I find now that I have less clothing, I actually have an easier time putting things together. I like to SEE everything I own and if I don't I rarely wear it because I forget about it.

 

I am a believer in having "Good shoes" I think that your feet need to be well taken care of. I have decided to once a season "Invest" in a good pair. This fall/winter I decided I needed a quality pair of boots. Cognac color preferably and real leather! So I splurged...for me anyway.

 

Check out my beauties...I already received them but yet to try them on. The color is less shiny than in the picture. So I'm somewhat bummed about that. The color and shine is what attracted me to these boots.

I don't think I totally recuperated from the summer and all the teens. Also...as I hinted, changes!

 My house has been total chaos since summer started...but I'm a Mom who rather they all be at my house and I know what my kids are doing then have them running the roads...hence sleep deprivation and a few holes in the walls ugh!

No matter how busy I am, I always have time to troll the internet looking at "things"

I am loving some etsy items right now and putting them on my WISH list.

These are just a few I'm drooling over especially the printed plus size tights! I am going to order a few pairs soon.

I am resisting the urge to splurge at etsy and asos. Has anyone see the dog print blouse or the raccoon blouse over there at asos? I want them sooooooooooo bad.

Ah well the next best thing is to bookmark them and hope...

I've been busy with the family...taking mini vacations, hitting local festivals(Last night we went to a BBQ festival--Yummy!) and playing host mom to a gazillion teenagers! I will bore you later with some photo's from our adventures.
